Are you having problems accessing ISSAIC?

If you are having difficulty accessing ISSAIC, please review these common access problems.

  • Password or account issues?
  • Trying to access ISSAIC for the first time?
    Visit SAIC's public site,, for step-by-step instructions on how to access ISSAIC.
  • Logging in Using Domain/Username
    Use only your username when logging in to ISSAIC. Do not include your domain.
  • Do you have "cookies" enabled?
    A "cookie" is a small piece of data that a web site can send to your browser and store on your computer. ISSAIC stores cookies to save your preferences or to provide functionality in some applications. Use of ISSAIC requires that the user's browser has cookies enabled. If cookies are blocked for the domain, the user will not be able to log in.

    Instructions to enable cookies in Internet Explorer
    • Enable cookies for all web sites:
      1. From your browser, click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy.
      2. Click the Advanced button.
      3. De-select the Override automatic cookie handling check box.
    • Enable cookies for SAIC.COM sites only:
      1. From your browser, click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy.
      2. Click the Sites button.
      3. In the text box labeled Address of Web site, type
      4. Click Allow.
  • Do you have the "Discussions" panel open in your browser?
    If you get a "Document Not Found" error message when you try to log in, check if your browser has the 'Discussions' panel open. If so, the panel can be closed by clicking the icon in the browser toolbar. The 'Discussions' can be reopened once you have successfully logged in.
  • "Caps Lock" Set
    Check and make sure that have not mistakenly set the "Caps Lock" on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive, and if the caps lock is on, it will not accept your password.

New Employee Account Setup

​Welcome to SAIC! You are ready to establish your basic SAIC computer accounts.

Begin the account setup process

Note: This process is for regular SAIC Employees only. If you are a Temporary Employee or Contractor, please contact your SAIC Sponsor.

  • Must be between 8 to 14 characters
  • Must contain at least 3 of the 4 character types:
    1. lowercase alphabetic (a-z)
    2. UPPERCASE alphabetic (A-Z)
    3. numeric (0-9)
    4. special - Special characters are all characters not defined as letters or numerals on your keyboard (i.e., ` ~ ! _ # $ ^ * ( ) , etc.)
    Note: The special character "&" is problematic for some SAIC applications. It is recommended that you do not use this symbol in your password.
  • Must not be a variation of your name or username
  • Must be different from a password used in the last 15 months
  • Must not contain spaces
